We are extremely happy with this veterinary practice. They took our dog on as a new patient when our usual vet was on vacation and we had an urgent situation. The vet speaks English which is helpful and comforting for anyone who is not a native German speaker :) I am so glad that we found their practice. They are reliable and professional and care about each that animal they see :)

The coolest vet clinic in town! The staff here are like family – super friendly, caring, and always ready to help. They're not just experts in pet care; they're genuine animal lovers who treat every patient like their own. We went for our pets Vaccination and Deworming and it was very expertise experience.Plus, the clinic vibes are always positive and welcoming.

The most important thing is competence. This was 100% evident in our case. And that goes for the entire team! Then comes empathy. In this regard, we give everyone a "Very Good" rating. And the time factor is also important. For this, we give them the rating "Flexible and Accommodating..." Finally, it should be mentioned that the entire team was exceptionally friendly, even-tempered, and helpful. Therefore, thank you again so much. We brought our dog to the practice as an emergency case – a severe laceration on his hind leg. The follow-up treatments were also carried out here. The dog received excellent care and has therefore recovered well.

Super nice vets and staff! So kind to both animals and people, and absolutely competent! Our cat Emma received excellent care, and all our questions, concerns, and wishes were answered, taken seriously, and fulfilled. Making an appointment via the app or phone is incredibly easy, and you get one quickly. Our two cats are in excellent hands! 💪🏻🫰🏻
