Tierärztliche Praxis am Wienburgpark, Dr. Partale

Unfortunately, my cat wasn't examined by Dr. Klas Partale this time (I assume because I didn't have an appointment). I was suspicious of the doctor who examined my cat from the very first moment. She wasn't empathetic (even rather rude) during the examination. She barely greeted me, and while we were discussing my cat's condition, she just stared at the computer, and I had the feeling she wasn't really listening to me. This was somehow confirmed by the fact that she gave my cat an injection for nausea! Even though I said he was eating and drinking and was actually fine! But after 3-4 hours, he vomited up the food that had already been partially digested. In any case, my cat felt really bad after the injection!! A lot of saliva was running from his mouth, he was listless, and his health deteriorated very, very badly!! He was drooling, wouldn't eat or drink, and had become withdrawn. I decided to go to another practice... and now my cat is slowly getting better... I will never bring my animals to this practice again!!

On my mother's recommendation, I took my furry friends to Dr. Partale – and what can I say? I'm more than satisfied! The team was incredibly gentle and loving. They even played with my dogs so they didn't even notice what was happening before their vaccinations. I've rarely experienced such empathy. Thank you so much for this wonderful service – we'll definitely be back! 🫶🏻

We took our 10-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog to the emergency vet on Sunday night due to a suspected case of gastric torsion, which was later confirmed. Dr. Partale immediately assembled his team and saved our beloved Bernhard with a complex operation. This was exceptional, as was the fantastic outcome of the surgery and the dedication of the entire team. Their love for animals and their profession was palpable. This is far from the norm in all veterinary practices. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the entire team and wholeheartedly recommend this practice.

A truly wonderful veterinary practice! From reception to treatment, the staff is incredibly compassionate and professional. They are friendly, attentive, and patient with both the animals and their owners. You feel well cared for and in excellent hands. A special thank you goes to Ms. Schippers, who compassionately accompanied our beloved dog Bella on her final journey. Her support was a great help to us during this difficult time.
