Never again. We chose this veterinary practice two years ago solely because it was within walking distance and our cat is terrified of car rides. Unfortunately, even during previous visits, I always had the feeling they were trying to sell us something extra. You practically never left the practice without buying something additional. The final straw for this review was the neutering of our then 8-month-old Persian cat. We were able to pick him up again after about an hour – still completely anesthetized. I found that extremely questionable. I've kept cats for over 20 years and have witnessed countless anesthetics. Not a single animal has ever taken as long to wake up as our cat. He lay there completely apathetic for almost seven hours. It was hell for us because we didn't know if that was even normal. But unfortunately, it didn't end there. About a week later, we discovered two ping-pong ball-sized swellings below his ribcage. Our cat was clearly in a lot of pain. He barely let us touch him and cried out every time we gently picked him up. As a cat owner, you immediately notice when an animal is suffering. I contacted the vet's office right away and asked them to see him. The only response was: "It's probably nothing serious, just keep an eye on him." No. When my cat is crying out in pain, I don't just "keep an eye on him"—I expect a vet to examine him. So I went to a different vet. There, we were told that the problems were related to his kidneys and, according to the vet, were due to an overly strong anesthetic. That also explained why our cat didn't wake up from the anesthesia for hours. I find it completely incomprehensible that they would simply brush off an animal in obvious pain over the phone instead of at least scheduling an examination. It's precisely in situations like these that you see whether the animal's well-being is truly their top priority. That was our last visit. Our trust is completely shattered. Never again.

Our 11-year-old dog unfortunately twisted his leg, so we took him to the emergency veterinary clinic, Dr. Delorme. Dr. Delorme gave our dog a thorough examination. Despite the pain, our dog seemed to feel very well cared for. After intensive pain management, he is now doing well again. Thank you for the prompt help and friendly advice. We can wholeheartedly recommend you.

My 15-year-old Romanian mixed-breed dog and I are extremely happy. Thanks to you and your team, he still walks very well, pain-free, and happily. He's one of the few masters of homeopathy, which we prefer, and also a very good conventional veterinarian who takes a lot of time and fully attends to the animal. Thank you! And thank you to your wonderful team as well ❤️🐕🙋‍♀️ Your MOC is also top-notch.
