Dr. Schöne took wonderful care of my dog. Unfortunately, we were turned away by several veterinarians because my dog has issues with strangers due to his past. Dr. Schöne dedicated a lot of time to him and always listened to his needs. I am incredibly grateful to have found such a fantastic veterinarian. Now he actually looks forward to coming to the clinic and can't wait to get there! 😊 Thank you so much, Dr. Schöne, for taking so much time and being so attentive to him. I'm so happy we finally found such a wonderful veterinarian.
Great, very nice vet. I was there today for the first time with my two cats, and she took a lot of time to examine and treat them. We are very satisfied and will come again.
Dr. Schoene takes her time and works very meticulously. You can tell that the animals' well-being is important to her and that she makes responsible medical decisions. The costs are billed fairly and transparently, which, in my experience, isn't always the case with all veterinarians. My dog Yoshi had cancer, and in the end, the options were limited. Despite this, he was always very well cared for there. Even though there are other practices that are much closer to me, I would gladly make the longer trip again because the treatment and the way he was treated there were excellent.
I've been to the practice several times with my dog Timmy, and he always enjoys coming. Whether it was for a hormone chip, annoying diarrhea, or a severe infection from a tick bite, we always got an appointment quickly and were very satisfied. Dr. Schoene explained all the details and treatment options to me thoroughly and was very attentive to my dog. Even during the examination of the inflammation following the tick bite, which unfortunately had to be performed under anesthesia because Timmy was so pain-stricken that even Dr. Schoene wouldn't let him get close to him, I was allowed to stay with him the entire time and hold his head. I was explained exactly what was being done, and it felt good to be with him. No one looked at the clock the entire time, even though it was technically "quit time." In short: We feel well looked after, and Timmy wants to come to the practice every time we pass by, which is often the case 😀
Dr. Schoene is a very empathetic veterinarian who showed us various options regarding our dog. She gave us the time to consider everything carefully and make a decision. After we made our decision, she worked very professionally. Thank you so much for everything.
