Unfortunately, I absolutely cannot recommend this practice. My cat was brought here for spaying, but the entire process was incredibly stressful for both my pet and me. • Unreliable communication: I was promised that they would contact me by 12:00 PM at the latest to update me on my cat's condition. I waited in vain. When I called myself, the practice was already on its lunch break. Only after persistent attempts after the break did I finally reach someone, only to be told almost as an afterthought that I could pick her up. • Lack of transparency after the surgery: When I picked her up, I was informed that her entire uterus had been removed. When I asked, concerned, why this procedure was medically necessary, no one could give me an answer, as the surgeon had already left. This is completely unacceptable to me. • Change in the animal's temperament: Since this procedure, my cat is like a different animal and exhibits a completely different personality. What actually happened during her stay remains a disturbing mystery to me. • Questionable vaccination strategy: My new vet also pointed out that the rabies vaccination administered here is only valid for one year. Preparations with a three-year validity period are standard practice to spare the animal unnecessary stress. To me, this gives the impression of pure profiteering at the expense of the animal's health. Conclusion: I changed vets and I'm glad I did. Anyone who values empathy, transparency, and the well-being of their animal should avoid this practice.
My cat had a seizure, and I was able to get an appointment for an examination within two hours. They took plenty of time, examined him thoroughly, and explained the cause and treatment options to me clearly and understandably. All my questions were answered, and the pros and cons of all treatment options were presented to me objectively. I have never experienced such excellent care before. Thank you so much.
