A truly fantastic practice! ☀️ I became aware of this practice because I was looking for a veterinarian to treat my axolotl. Finding a veterinarian in Münster who is knowledgeable about amphibians is quite difficult, so I was all the more relieved when I found Ms. Heidbrink. She dealt with the animal very thoroughly and competently and did everything possible to find a suitable solution. 🩷 I'd be happy to bring my axolotl back!

I am infinitely grateful to the entire team at Dr. Heidbrink's practice. Everyone is incredibly friendly, patient, and welcoming—you immediately feel like you're in good hands. I especially like the fact that you can walk in without an appointment. I've always been lucky enough to be seen right away. I received very good advice about my African white-bellied hedgehog. Many veterinarians aren't familiar with hedgehogs, but here he was treated lovingly and professionally. You can really tell that the animals' well-being is our top priority! Even though my little hedgehog may not live much longer, I am infinitely grateful that he is in such good hands for the rest of his time. We visited Dr. Heidbrink on Monday. Our dog was bitten, and she immediately took care of him (without an appointment) and took the time to help us. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. I called again today and was immediately connected to the vet. I highly recommend the practice. We've been to various veterinarians in Münster, but here we feel comfortable and welcome, and not out for a quick buck like some others. Here, the animals are our priority, not the money.
