Tierarzt Dr. Frank Vennemann

Dr. Vennemann was the only one of the four emergency veterinary practices I called who answered today. He was friendly and competent, and immediately put my fears at ease. He advised me to take my dog ​​to our vet the next day. Although, fortunately, we didn't have to come in as an emergency, 5/5 stars for the friendly telephone consultation alone!

The doctor has his own sense of humor (I like that), is sometimes a bit rough with people, but does everything he can for his patients and is totally lovely!!

It's always a pleasure to interact with Dr. Vennemann and his team. Everyone is very friendly and highly competent, and their wonderful sense of humor helps pet owners overcome their nervousness. For the four-legged patients, it's probably the calm and experienced treatment that makes it so much easier. Thank you!

An incredibly lovely team, very empathetic and uncomplicated. We were just visiting and my dog ​​suddenly had trouble sitting down. We quickly looked for the nearest veterinary practice and called, made an appointment for a little later, and didn't have to wait there. Even though my dog ​​was a little anxious, the team was very kind and caring with him. The practice is clean, the waiting room is bright, and you don't feel cooped up. I think I can speak for both of us when I say we felt well looked after. Thank you!

A fantastic veterinarian! Highly competent, empathetic, kind, friendly, and always there for the animals! He gives excellent advice and takes his time, truly giving his best! He cared for our English Bulldog, Freezy, for many years, right up until the end! We are still incredibly grateful to him for that! Thank you so much for everything!!!
