Appointments are well-structured, waiting times are short, and everything seems well-planned and professional. The entire team is always friendly, calm, and respectful – you feel welcome and taken seriously from the very first moment. The consultations are very thorough and easy to understand; they take their time and don't try to push anything on you. We particularly appreciate the extensive information provided about breeding practices that cause suffering and the strong emphasis placed on animal health and responsibility. This demonstrates genuine expertise and a genuine love for animals. The price-performance ratio is also absolutely fair. We feel our animals are in excellent hands here and can wholeheartedly recommend this practice.

A very competent and friendly team. We take our three cats there and all of them feel very well cared for. The atmosphere is calm and stress-free, which is very good for the animals. I highly recommend this veterinary practice.

We've been taking our pets (a dog and a cat) to this practice since it opened. We're always completely satisfied; all the veterinarians and staff are friendly, kind, and accommodating. The vets are very competent and can help us with any problems our animals may have. Our cat has diabetes and our dog has arthritis, and we're so happy that we receive such excellent care.
