We met the practice/doctor during an emergency call and were very impressed. She was very friendly on the phone and treated our dog with loving care and empathy when we arrived. Based on our first impression, we can wholeheartedly recommend the practice; we felt very well cared for!

I can wholeheartedly recommend the Rippachtal veterinary practice! My dog ​​is terrified of vet visits, but Dr. Erbe manages to calm him down every time with her calm and empathetic manner. This makes the visit as pleasant as possible for my dog. The treatments are always competent, thorough, and clearly explained. You can immediately tell that the animals' well-being is their top priority. The entire practice team is friendly, helpful, and treats the animals with loving care. It's a modern and beautiful practice with very friendly staff. We felt we were in good hands for our senior dog's surgery. Every question was answered, and the animal was given all the time it needed to wake up. They thankfully helped me get him to the car so he could get home safely. The price was absolutely fair, and if anything else were to happen (which I hope won't be anytime soon), I would gladly make the hour-long drive again.
