Yesterday, I took my two tortoises to the veterinary practice for the first time and was very satisfied. The entire team was empathetic and friendly towards the animals, the practice is modern and attractively designed, and the prices are very reasonable. I didn't have to wait long for the appointment, and the waiting time at the practice itself was also very short. The only "criticism" I could offer is that the practice is somewhat remote and not super easy to find, but nothing that can't be solved with a GPS.

This veterinary practice is so much more than just a clinic to me – it's a place filled with heart, understanding, and genuine love for animals. From the very first moment, I felt seen, taken seriously, and supported. The entire team is incredibly friendly, empathetic, and highly competent. My dog, Hira, had a long history of suffering, and she's only one year old. So much worry, so many tears, so many sleepless nights. And it was right here that she finally found the help she needed. For the first time, I felt truly listened to, that they were paying close attention, and that they wouldn't give up. Every step was explained, every decision made together – always with Hira's well-being as the top priority. Seeing how she is doing today is priceless. This practice has not only helped my dog ​​but has also relieved me, as her owner, of so much fear and helplessness. I am incredibly grateful for that. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your patience, your warmth, and your tireless dedication. Hira and I will trust you forever. 🐾❤️

Sadly, we had to say goodbye to our beloved dog Lucy, a moment every pet owner dreads. In this incredibly difficult situation, the entire team at the veterinary clinic supported us with such empathy, calm, and dignity that we are deeply grateful. We were seen immediately and didn't have to wait long. Despite this, the team took plenty of time for us. Everything was explained calmly and clearly, and we always felt that our dog, and we as her owners, were being treated with respect and taken seriously. The veterinarians and the team were not only highly competent and honest, but also incredibly humane and compassionate. In one of the hardest moments of our lives, they ensured that our dog could pass away peacefully and with dignity. For this, we are eternally grateful. ♥️

I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice. The entire team is incredibly friendly, and no matter what questions, concerns, or issues you had, they always found the perfect solution.
