Ms. Madsen is a very competent and empathetic veterinarian. We had to take our little dog, Dimi, to her while on vacation because he had stopped eating and a swelling in his throat was the cause. She explained the possible diagnoses to us in a very understandable way, ordered an express blood test overnight, and administered injections and medication. Her diagnosis was spot on; he started eating again that evening, and the rest of the vacation was a breeze for everyone. We're here on vacation. Our dog had several problems. We were able to come in the same day. Unfortunately, Inge had to come three times because it was a rather lengthy process. Dr. Madsen is a very empathetic, competent, and calm veterinarian. She took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything to me in detail. We also took our other dogs to her years ago, and nothing has changed in all that time. Simply a fantastic veterinarian! The team is truly wonderful! Friendly and helpful!
