We can wholeheartedly recommend this practice, as we rarely go there just for check-ups and vaccinations, but mostly for more complex cases. My two chaotic outdoor cats, Molly and Marley, regularly keep the team busy with all sorts of accidents: car accidents, broken legs, bite wounds, corneal injuries, lung infections, bruised paws, falls from trees, poisoning symptoms... The list is unfortunately quite long. The entire team truly goes above and beyond for our four-legged friends, demonstrating great dedication and passion. Whether it's emergency services and late-night calls, inpatient treatment, surgery and post-operative care, diagnostics of varying scope, wound care... I've always received help here with the animals' best interests at heart, no matter the issue or how many questions I had. Even after weeks of treatment, my animals have never associated any negative experiences with the veterinary practice, which is truly remarkable. We are very grateful to have such excellent veterinarians so close by. Whether it's rabbits, chickens, cats, or horses, every animal has received immediate help here so far.

I was at the emergency clinic yesterday. My Merle was in incredible pain. I've had dogs for 35 years, but I've never experienced anything like this. I've never experienced such loving care for my dog. Many thanks to Dr. Töpfer and the young man who even came to the car to help me bring her in. In the future, I will gladly make the 45-minute drive and take my dogs there for treatment.

For all those who love their animals, I can wholeheartedly recommend the Heinrich veterinary practice. They don't just treat the symptoms, but truly search for the underlying causes. My dog ​​was thoroughly examined from head to toe until they found the cause of her behavior, such as refusing food and water. Unfortunately, after the surgery, she refused to drink again and also developed severe diarrhea, so she had to stay in the clinic for another day on an IV drip. Dr. Heinrich was always available for us, even on weekends. I'm glad we didn't have to use his services, though. Many thanks for the loving care and dedication to the animals. We had to take our cat to the veterinary clinic due to an emergency and felt we were in good hands from the very beginning. Our heartfelt thanks go to the clinic team – our cat received quick, competent, and highly professional care. He had to stay there for two nights, and during this time we were regularly contacted by phone and thoroughly informed about his condition. This care and transparency were very reassuring.
