Tierarztpraxis Hinter dem Holz

Since I've known veterinarian Dr. Tenvenne for some time and she now works at this lovely practice, I'm also a client at the Hinter dem Holz veterinary clinic. I was there for the first time recently and immediately felt very comfortable. Everyone is very kind, the organization was perfect, and the clinic's location is convenient. We were able to go directly from the parking lot to the examination room. Very pleasant 🌷 You can wait outside, as you're given an electronic pager. Very relaxing, especially for the animals. Orthopedic surgeon Dr. Tenvenne, of course, did a fantastic job once again, which is why I'm happy to drive over an hour to see her at this veterinary clinic. I find her simply wonderful, both professionally and personally, and would therefore recommend her to everyone 💖 The two veterinary assistants who looked after us during our appointment were also very friendly. All in all, I'm very satisfied. See you soon ✨

I had to go to this practice yesterday as an emergency because I needed to have my cat put down. I immediately felt in good hands, and the vet (I unfortunately didn't catch her name in the moment) was incredibly kind, empathetic, and explained everything brilliantly. She gave me time to make my final decision and also to say goodbye. Despite the sad situation, I am incredibly grateful for that!

My dogs feel completely at ease here, and that speaks volumes! The consultations are always thorough and easy to understand, and they really take the time to answer all my questions. For me, the best veterinary practice in the area! Starting with the practice team, the hygiene, the friendliness, and ending with a veterinarian who is not only extremely competent but also a reliable contact person in emergencies.

I highly recommend this practice. They take their time, and the diagnosis is always thorough. I feel very well looked after there with my dog. No long wait times; in an emergency, you can come right away. The team is super friendly. We're happy we moved here from Hamm.
