Even if I'm using an anonymous name, I might be recognized if I reveal that we've been taking our pale red Norwegian Forest Cat to Dr. Kaufmann since she was a puppy. We found her through a family recommendation because she's a very skittish animal (even now at almost 16) that needs to be handled carefully. Sometimes I wouldn't feel confident enough, and that's why I can't understand some of the reviews that speak negatively about necessary aids... On the contrary: I've always found Dr. Kaufmann and Ms. Wolf to be very patient, calm, and dedicated in their work with both animals and people. Many thanks!
