I was referred to Dr. Müller through a friend. Our American Staffordshire Terrier has severe allergies and catches everything he can get his paws on. He frequently suffers from allergic reactions, resulting in bald patches and areas of his skin that he scratches or bites. We weren't very happy with our previous vet anymore. His approach to treatment seemed so rigid. Now we feel we're in very good hands. Dr. Müller takes her time, doesn't just offer two solutions, and provides everything in writing. Our dog is still capable of surprising us, but so far she's managed to resolve everything.

I am deeply disappointed with veterinarian Hendrik Müller! We went to his practice because our dog was very ill. Sorry, but all he did was take money for nothing. She was in excruciating pain and dehydrated. Unfortunately, he didn't react to that either. After several unsuccessful attempts to find a vein, during which he became very annoyed and I, as the owner, was at my wit's end because I thought her condition was critical, he told me, "Well, her mucous membranes are still pink," which I pointed out. I found them quite pale, and her circulation was impaired. He sent me to the veterinary clinic in Mühlhausen, simply stating that they had more equipment to insert an IV and give her an infusion. Okay, I left immediately, already at the end of my rope because I just wanted our 10-year-old dog to be okay. Upon arriving in Mühlhausen, she collapsed, and despite resuscitation efforts, there was no chance of saving her. My world collapsed, and after speaking with the vet, she said it should have been obvious if they couldn't find a vein. She could have been spared so much suffering. Even if she had to be euthanized, she wouldn't have had to suffer. She had a splenic tumor that had ruptured. She definitely shouldn't have suffered, and that makes me truly sad. But the main thing is that he made money off it! I paid almost €400 at the vet's office for resuscitation and another €35 to him for searching for veins, which he couldn't find after an hour... and all I got back was my dead dog and a lot of pain.

I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Müller for the thorough, friendly, and competent consultation and medical history. Our Jack Russell Terrier suffers from skin problems accompanied by itching and hair loss. This particular issue is Dr. Müller's core expertise and thus a unique selling point in the region. It is very helpful to be able to review the summary of the visit at home at my leisure, so I can follow the recommendations and medication. Best regards to the entire practice team and all the best!
