The practice is great. The ladies I've met so far have been incredibly kind and have taken wonderful care of my cat. Ms. Pfeiffer is so gentle with him and puts a lot of thought into how she can help him. The facilities are modern and seem well-equipped for many situations. I feel very comfortable there, and I'm sure my cat will too, even though he never likes going to the vet ;)

A very friendly and competent veterinary assistant and veterinarian. We went there yesterday for the emergency service because our dog had eaten a sausage casing. They gave her eye drops to induce vomiting. Five minutes later, the casing was already out. Our dog then had her eyes flushed, received an injection for nausea, and we were allowed to wait a few minutes in the waiting room to make sure she was really okay. We felt very well cared for. Thank you so much for your calm and friendly manner.

A competent practice with short waiting times. The veterinarian takes her time with each patient and also advises owners very kindly. Highly recommended!

Since 2005, I've taken all my cats to this veterinary practice. In the autumn, I also occasionally bring weak or sick hedgehogs. I've been very satisfied for years and believe the animals are in the best hands here. The entire team is always incredibly friendly, helpful, and competent. If one of the cats has special needs, they always take that into account and treat each animal patiently and sensitively. They generally take a lot of time for the patients (and their companions). They also take the time to answer questions or provide advice over the phone. These days, I book most appointments through the (PetsXL) app. A great feature of the app is that it stores medications, appointments, invoices, and weight data for each animal. In emergencies, you can always get an appointment at short notice. Conversely, I'm happy to wait a little longer if necessary because another animal urgently needs help. Furthermore, I think the option to take advantage of services such as blood pressure measurement, dental x-rays or cardiac ultrasound is great.
