Reviews
Dr. Roos is a very good and kind doctor. She puts in a lot of effort and her prices are very reasonable and not overpriced. I would gladly go back to her and highly recommend her.
The fact that an animal needs to be sedated just for a blood draw says it all. To remain objective, that's sufficient.
Dr. Ros in Hanweiler is, in my opinion, a competent and empathetic veterinarian. She saved our Pauline's life. She has since become our favorite vet, which is why we will be switching our dog to her as well. She takes her time and always remains calm and composed. Her staff is always attentive and very friendly. Thank you so much, Dr. Ros. Sincerely, Irmtraud Neisius
A very good and friendly doctor. Appointments are available without long waiting times, and the staff is very friendly to the patients as well. As a reward, there's always a little treat.
On a positive note, I was able to get an emergency appointment for my guinea pig within just over an hour. Unfortunately, I got the impression that the vet was rather unsure of what to do. My little friend received a vitamin injection, and his condition worsened right there at the vet's office. Sadly, he only made it home before he died. I would have appreciated more transparency. Then I could have sought a second opinion. Now, unfortunately, I no longer have that opportunity.
