We visited the vet today with our cat for the first time and received excellent care. Even getting an appointment on a Saturday was very easy and quick. The vet took plenty of time, explained everything thoroughly, and examined her. Thank you so much!

A really lovely team, I find the prices fair – even if they always seem high at first, there's always enough staff and everyone is passionate about their work and never seems stressed. And apparently one of the few practices that really knows about rabbits!

For Dr. Kaiser, it's all about the animal, not her own profit. She cares for the animals with passion and, for example, calls to check on their condition after a referral to the veterinary clinic. Appointments are always prompt, and there's practically no waiting time, even though she always takes her time. The practice team is also always very friendly to both people and animals. We are very happy to have found this practice.

Dr. Kaiser and her team have been caring for our two cats for several months now. Due to a serious kidney disease (PKD) in both cats, we were looking for a veterinarian who combines conventional veterinary medicine with alternative approaches (such as homeopathy). Our primary focus was on finding solutions, or at least exploring possibilities. Only a true animal lover understands that you would do ANYTHING for your beloved pet—no matter how hopeless the situation seems. In Dr. Kaiser and her exceptional team, we found exactly what we were looking for. Here, the animal always comes first. Within a short time, they knew us, our cats, and our situation inside and out. There's no "mass processing" here. Dr. Kaiser always takes an incredible amount of time. The examination room is designed to be comfortable, so everyone feels well cared for and the animals don't have a negative experience. Even after closing time, the team often continues to think about the animals and searches for solutions for those in difficult situations. Everyone here is truly dedicated. We see Dr. Kaiser and her team not only as an exceptional veterinarian and an exceptional practice, but also as truly exceptional people. We are so grateful to have you all!
