My two kittens are patients of Dr. Schmid, and I can wholeheartedly recommend her practice! We've never felt so well cared for anywhere else. Dr. Schmid is incredibly empathetic and helpful. I immediately noticed that she has a heart for animals and doesn't just treat them like objects. She truly takes the time each time to care for the animal and answer any questions. I can only thank her for her wonderful work; we are completely satisfied!! 🥰🫶🏻

A very competent veterinarian; we've taken our cat there several times (including for emergency services), and the treatment has always been excellent. A very nice and competent veterinarian. She explains everything in detail, including what's wrong with the cat and how the treatment will proceed. It's especially convenient that you can book appointments online via the PetsXL app and view invoices and medication plans there.

We took our cat Simba to Dr. Britta Schmid for the first time and were absolutely thrilled. Even on the phone that morning, my description of the situation was taken seriously, which made me feel very comfortable. At the practice, she cared for Simba with incredible love and attention. She took plenty of time, explained everything calmly, and patiently answered every single question. Her warm and empathetic manner—both towards us and in her interactions with our cat—is particularly noteworthy. You can immediately tell that the well-being of animals is truly important to her. We felt very well cared for and can wholeheartedly recommend her! 🐾

I took our dog, who had a bite wound, to the emergency vet clinic of Dr. Schmid today. Yes, we waited a bit, but for me, a little waiting time is fine if I know that someone is taking their time with the animals and not just rushing through the appointments. Our anxious dog was surprisingly comfortable and relaxed, considering the situation. We don't experience that with every vet. She did everything necessary to help him. She first assessed the situation and then decided what was needed to help him. She answered all my questions competently and clearly. We felt well cared for and would gladly use Dr. Schmid's services again.
