This is by far the nicest veterinary clinic we have been to. What a surprise to find such a gem in Gärtringen. Super friendly staff, beautiful clinic, short wait times and very knowledgable and extremely personable vets who actually take time to explain you things and do not rush you out of the office. I felt very well informed and will recommend this veterinary clinic to anyone searching.

Very friendly and nice. They speak English, which is a great benefit to my family as we are rather limited on our German. The Dr is very patient and answers all your questions, Reception and nurses are also very nice.

We went to this clinic yesterday with an appointment to check the vaccination and deworming of our dogs. They were very attentive and gracious with our little ones. They speak in English, so it was very helpful since our German it is not so good at the moment. We also ask for some doubts that we have and they were very nice.

Love their appointment app that's a game changer. The doctors and nurses are caring, professional, and knowledgeable. I do a lot of training with my pets to reduce the stress of going to the vet. I really appreciate that when I give a suggestion when it comes to ask the for a specific command or do it I. A certain way they consider it, I really appreciate that because it helps my dogs and cats feel comfortable they know what to expect, and there's definitely less stress and some of them really enjoy it..Sometimes vets just grab without much thought I guess is just a bit mechanical, but to take a few extra seconds makes a difference. The only thing I would add is that is very difficult to get ahold of them on the phone because they are so busy, but otherwise highly recommend them..

Great practice! Ladies are very nice and helpful and have a lot of patience. We’ll definitely come more with our cat.
