You should allow extra time at this veterinary practice, as appointments are frequently missed and waiting times of up to 30 minutes are possible. If you have other appointments afterward, you should factor this into your planning. Despite this, the veterinarian is very friendly, empathetic, and takes her time with the animals. Overall, it's still a good and trustworthy practice.

Empathetic. Calm. Competent. Clear. Loving towards my pet. Great team. They listen well, I feel taken seriously, clearly diagnosed, and well treated. No intrusiveness. My kitten was gently restrained and allowed herself to be examined without resistance or attempts to escape. I'm so glad to have a good vet nearby again. Hallelujah!

Of course, you should plan ahead. Even if you have an appointment, it's no different than in a human doctor's office. Thinking about the reasons behind the wait calms our ego and allows us to see the positive side of an unpleasant situation. Personally, I prefer to wait longer but have the peace of mind that there's no mass processing going on behind the scenes. I once waited a very long time for a "simple" vaccination appointment, simply because the vet wanted to examine my dog herself after I mentioned upon arrival that she'd been acting strangely that day. She didn't want to leave it to an assistant... and it was a good thing! She was diagnosed with tonsillitis; giving her a vaccination would likely have overloaded her immune system, and I'd end up spending the weekend at an animal hospital, which would have meant much more waiting time and money. So please, think twice about complaining about waiting times; Rebecca certainly won't make you wait for a coffee break.

We are absolutely thrilled! The doctor is very kind and empathetic, both as a person and with the animals :) Our cats Teemo and Loki will be visiting her again tomorrow; they missed her! 😂
