We've been taking our boxer, Monty, to Dr. Pfahl Kreis's veterinary practice since November and are extremely satisfied. The entire practice/physiotherapy team is always very friendly and exceptionally kind to the animal. We are so glad we went to Dr. Pfahl Kreis. Some time ago, Monty started limping on his left hind leg, constantly twisting it, being sensitive to pain, and whining. This is completely atypical for a boxer. We went from one veterinary practice/clinic to another. No one could find the real cause: a cruciate ligament tear? Arthritis? According to X-rays and an MRI taken at an animal hospital, our boxer had significant changes to his spine, including arthritis, disc degeneration, and stenosis. His knees and other joints were also abnormal. What to do? One vet advised treating him with painkillers until the end, while another suggested a risky back surgery. Through acquaintances, we learned about the possibility of gold bead implantation and contacted Dr. Pfahl Kreis, thankfully. The first appointment gave us great hope; you could tell she has a wealth of experience, is very competent, and has a gentle way with animals. We opted for the holistic gold implantation, and considering that he now has gold in his spine and all the joints of his legs, the price is absolutely justified—even lower than we expected. We immediately followed up with physiotherapy, and even though the journey from Leverkusen isn't exactly short, we're glad we did it that way because the physiotherapy was, and continues to be, carried out with such care and expertise. Overall, we can say we have a new dog. He moves completely differently again, with genuine zest for life, and has rediscovered his joy of playing and romping around. He moves with the agility appropriate for his age (3 years) and is no longer in pain. You can see how much better he is, and that's the most important thing. On top of that, our Monty loves going there and is genuinely happy to see everyone again. That's the best recommendation! We are incredibly grateful to the Pfahl Kreis veterinary practice and would take our dogs (we also have a Boxer) there again in a heartbeat and recommend them to absolutely everyone.

We've been taking our dog to this clinic for several years now and have always been very satisfied. From initial minor treatments like vaccinations or routine check-ups to the more significant issues she's facing now (blindness, persistent eye inflammation, and arthritis), we've always received comprehensive and expert advice, as well as successful treatment. The entire team is consistently friendly and accommodating. Because of our dog's arthritis, we also use the affiliated physiotherapy practice and are very happy with it as well. There, too, the treatment is always expert, friendly, and very patient with our energetic dog. We always enjoy coming and are happy to recommend the clinic.

After our German Shepherd Balu tore his cruciate ligament, we were truly desperate. We were afraid he'd never walk properly again. Then this practice was recommended to us – and what can I say? The combination of traditional treatment and physiotherapy worked wonders. The therapist's empathetic approach was especially helpful to Balu. He's almost back to his old self – thank you so much!

Even the initial phone call as an emergency was very friendly and helpful. On site, I was impressed by the spacious, welcoming, and clean premises. The treatment of our cat by both the assistant and the veterinarian was equally sensitive and expert. After just fifteen minutes, I felt I was in a highly skilled and genuinely warm practice. Thank you, Tyga and I felt we were in excellent hands, and I'm already happy about the further treatment options.

It was clear from the very first appointment: They don't just "jump in" here, but listen, observe, and explain. Our senior dog has a few age-related issues, but thanks to the physiotherapy support, he's noticeably better. I bring him in regularly, and he looks forward to seeing the physiotherapy team every time – that says it all, doesn't it?
