As a doctor, walking past an injured person who has just fallen 3.5 meters onto the stone floor, has head injuries, and then only asks for the toilet, is completely unacceptable. And she witnessed it all. Even if you're "only" a veterinarian, I think you have a duty to ask if you can help.

Professional treatment for my somewhat challenging horse. The vet was very patient, friendly, and calm, taking three hours to examine him. My 21-year-old is now sound again. I also received excellent instructions regarding aftercare and behavior. Overall, I felt very well cared for!

Today I really want to thank the entire veterinary team. I had originally only planned to see Dr. Winand for my horses' dental work. But now I'm simply thrilled with the whole practice when it comes to horses. Even though I live 40 km away and pay a bit more for travel, I feel very comfortable with their expert advice. Everything that would normally require a trip to the clinic can be done at the stable without any stress for my horses. If I'm unsure about anything, I can just call and send videos. Ms. Schmauk is incredibly helpful and has already given me detailed advice over the phone. She was also the first veterinarian to contact me proactively to check on my horse's condition. Thank you so much for that! Today, Ms. Fuchs saw my new pony, who was very difficult to handle...and I was incredibly grateful for her empathy and patience. The ladies who work at reception are also incredibly friendly and helpful. You guys are simply amazing! 🍀🤩

Very competent and friendly

For years, Winand's veterinary practice has provided my horse with reliable and competent medical and dental care. Recently, my horse has also been receiving acupuncture as additional support for his chronic conditions (asthma and stomach problems)! What I really appreciate is that they give honest advice about whether a vet appointment is necessary, whether I can treat the problem myself (for minor injuries, etc.), or whether a trip to the clinic would be advisable instead of an appointment at the stable (e.g., because specific diagnostic tests might be needed).
