Our long-time veterinarian, a father-daughter team, is highly competent and has a wonderful way with animals. The staff is also always helpful and friendly.

Where do you even begin... Our dog received incorrect treatment from Ms. Schwarz after an injury. Furthermore, we (as complete medical laypeople) were told to perform complex wound care ourselves, and we even had to ask for painkillers/medication ourselves. Two days later (the dog was still very ill), we went to a much more experienced veterinarian. There, we were advised on a completely different medical approach for our little guy, and the improvement is now visible and noticeable.
My dog died. After all the tests – ultrasound, x-ray, two blood tests – showed nothing unusual. He had diarrhea and hadn't eaten for a week. We were given anti-nausea tablets and offered shampoo for the main problem.
We have been consulting the team for years regarding matters concerning our animals. Friendly, empathetic, professional. We feel we are in good hands.
