We take our two cats to Dr. Mors' veterinary practice and are absolutely delighted. The entire team is very caring towards the animals. We feel we receive excellent advice and will gladly return.

We wholeheartedly recommend this veterinarian. Even during the initial examination, we noticed a significant difference compared to other veterinary practices: we felt our cat, Mini, was in excellent hands. The vet is incredibly empathetic, patient, and loving with the animals and treats owners with great understanding and composure. Mini was always examined very gently, which was especially important to us as her owners. We were particularly impressed that she didn't give up even when other veterinarians had reached their limits. Instead of giving up prematurely, she continued to search for solutions, explored different approaches, and did everything she could to help Mini in the best possible way. This dedication and perseverance touched us deeply and instilled great confidence in us. Throughout the entire treatment, the veterinarian took ample time to explain each step thoroughly and clearly. No question went unanswered. She gave us honest advice, presented various options, and always involved us in the decision-making process. Her high level of expertise is evident at all times. At the same time, her calm and friendly manner creates a pleasant atmosphere that was very reassuring for both the animal and us as owners. Thanks to her professional and caring approach, our cat Mini is noticeably better today. We are incredibly grateful for her dedication, patience, and compassion. This practice is our first choice when it comes to our animals' health, and we would recommend it without reservation.

We've been going to this practice for seven years and have generally been satisfied with the veterinary care. The veterinarian herself seems highly competent. However, our last visit was very disappointing. I arrived in the morning without an appointment because my dog ​​suddenly couldn't open his eye, was in severe pain, and his condition was rapidly deteriorating. It was clear to me that this was an emergency. Instead of understanding or support, the staff told me I should have called ahead. They also told me that a squinting eye wasn't an emergency. That same day, my dog ​​had to undergo emergency surgery at another veterinary clinic. In retrospect, it's clear that the situation was indeed serious and urgent. What was all the more upsetting was the lack of empathy at a time when, as a pet owner, you're incredibly worried about your animal. In such an exceptional situation, I expect compassion, seriousness, and a respectful tone. Unfortunately, that's exactly what I missed.
