I've been taking all my animals to Ms. Mors for over 10 years, and they've all been well cared for. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Even in exceptional situations, they've responded superbly. Whenever necessary, they've always referred me directly to a specialist or veterinary clinic. Thank you so much!

We've been going to this practice for seven years and have generally been satisfied with the veterinary care. The veterinarian herself seems highly competent. However, our last visit was very disappointing. I arrived in the morning without an appointment because my dog ​​suddenly couldn't open his eye, was in severe pain, and his condition was rapidly deteriorating. It was clear to me that this was an emergency. Instead of understanding or support, the staff told me I should have called ahead. They also told me that a squinting eye wasn't an emergency. That same day, my dog ​​had to undergo emergency surgery at another veterinary clinic. In retrospect, it's clear that the situation was indeed serious and urgent. What was all the more upsetting was the lack of empathy at a time when, as a pet owner, you're incredibly worried about your animal. In such an exceptional situation, I expect compassion, seriousness, and a respectful tone. Unfortunately, that's exactly what I missed.
