Very impolite and discriminative . The behaviour of the assistant is unacceptable. Today I tried do get in touch a few times with the clinic in order to make an appointment. After waiting for a while a woman picked up the phone, as an answer to “Do you speak English” she hung up on me. I called again, asked the same question, this time she said “no”. I told her to wait for a second and gave the phone to a friend of mine who speaks a little bit of German. Then she hung up again. Extremely rude!

Never had a problem. Nice way of treating the animals and good to get an appointment. Good organized and friendly staff.

A highly competent veterinarian. I feel understood and in good hands with my animals. Questions are always answered kindly and clearly. Jana is a natural and empathetic veterinarian who treats both people and animals with calm, compassion, and expertise.

We took our dog to this practice and were initially very satisfied. The positives: Janna Stüwe saved Bella's life with an emergency surgery (uterine infection). The aftercare was excellent. Even when she had acute diarrhea, we were able to get appointments and help quickly. We always found Ms. Stüwe herself to be competent and transparent. The negatives (reason for our change): Unfortunately, the quality of care provided by employed veterinarian Ms. Wünnenberg has deteriorated significantly. During treatment for skin eczema by Ms. Wünnenberg, we felt completely unwell: • Lack of transparency: We were billed over €300 without any prior explanation of costs or benefits (€80 for a single injection). • Sales focus instead of diagnosis: Instead of investigating the cause, we were simply sold an expensive shampoo that happened to be in stock. There was no clear diagnosis. • Handling of criticism: After over 40 years of loyal service, my family and I confronted Ms. Stüwe with these incidents via email. Her response was so shocking and lacking in customer focus that we have now decided to switch all seven of our animals to another practice. Conclusion: Those treated directly by Ms. Stüwe are certainly still in good hands. However, the current developments within the team and the way long-term clients are treated compel us to no longer recommend this practice.
