We always feel very comfortable at the practice. Everyone treats our elderly dog, Lissy, with great care, even though she gets very agitated and anxious during vet visits. A practice with heart. Everyone is always friendly and dedicated. A big thank you to the veterinary team, Dr. Willich (where I've been a patient for over 20 years), and Susanne Lenarzt. Both doctors do their job with heart and expertise, always with the animal's well-being in mind. I highly recommend this practice.

About a year ago, we switched to this practice and were satisfied at the time. Ms. Lennartz and most of the staff were friendly (and still are). Unfortunately, we no longer felt our 13 1/2-year-old dog was in good hands. She suffered from Cushing's syndrome, which was diagnosed and treated successfully. Then came the shock. She had a tumor on her neck that grew very quickly and was pressing on her trachea. We went for a biopsy on Friday, and the results were expected around Monday. Every pet owner knows how nerve-wracking the waiting is. Despite daily inquiries, we received the same answer: "We'll get back to you," but no call came by Wednesday. On Friday, a week later, at 8:00 a.m., we received a call saying that not all the test results were in yet (questionable). We had already received the bill, and they would call us. Again, no response until just before closing time. So we went there in person. They suggested a biopsy, which we refused. Not a word of apology; I had to explain the situation myself. On Monday, we went to our old vet. He couldn't understand why neither an X-ray nor an ultrasound had been done. After he did that, it was discovered that the liver and spleen were already affected and the tumor showed irregularities indicating that it was malignant. We had to have our dog put down 😭 She could have been spared so many terrible days. Definitely not a practice we trust. What a shame.

I've only had good experiences at this veterinary practice so far. Everyone is super friendly and explains clearly what has been done and what else might be possible.

I took my dog ​​to the emergency vet clinic today because he needed a claw removed. Everything went smoothly and without any problems, from the initial phone call to the treatment itself. We were seen immediately, and everyone involved was very friendly. I highly recommend this practice. Thank you again for the prompt assistance.
