The very best vet I've ever had ♥️ My furry friends are always treated with empathy and the utmost competence.

I took my dog to the emergency vet clinic today because he needed a claw removed. Everything went smoothly and without any problems, from the initial phone call to the treatment itself. We were seen immediately, and everyone involved was very friendly. I highly recommend this practice. Thank you again for the prompt assistance.

We had our dog operated on at this practice. The operation itself was performed by another veterinarian, about whom we have no complaints. However, what has been very distressing for us is the aftercare: Our dog received a large number of medications and likely had an adverse reaction to one of them. I suspect it was the antibiotic. The stitches were then supposed to be removed. Because the wound became infected, this wasn't possible until several days later. I was told to keep the wound clean and administer the same antibiotic again. I pointed out that my dog wouldn't tolerate it, but I was told that this couldn't be the case. After that, the dog's condition deteriorated rapidly. No further examinations were carried out. Since we no longer had confidence in the practice, we switched to another one. There, further blood tests and an ultrasound were performed. Unfortunately, her condition was already so poor and other antibiotics were no longer effective that we had to have her euthanized. In addition, after already paying approximately €1500 for treatment, we received a reminder for an outstanding amount of €7. Given the overall situation, we find this incomprehensible and inappropriate. Overall, we are left with a very negative impression.

Two years ago, Susanne had to put our dog down. We were on vacation when Marley suddenly became very ill, and our daughter had to take him to the vet. She was completely overwhelmed, but Susanne was a huge support. She explained everything to us in detail over the phone, including how much torture it would be to make the dog wait for four hours when we got home. He wouldn't move anymore; he was completely incapacitated. After the X-ray, it was confirmed that he had a huge tumor in his abdomen. So we decided to follow her advice. She gave us so much strength and support over the phone, and also our children at home, who were then able to pick up our other dog so she could say goodbye to her friend. I have to say, I wasn't entirely fond of Susanne before, but with her actions, she completely changed my mind and showed me that first impressions aren't always the best.

We were here on holiday. We got an appointment quickly, and the process was smooth and exceptionally friendly, all at standard prices. I especially appreciated that we were allowed to wait in the treatment room rather than the waiting room. This allowed the dogs to settle down.
