I'm very satisfied. Both the team and the vets are very nice. Even though my puppy Lola doesn't always like going there, she's always happy to see the staff. They're super kind and understanding, even when she has a stress-related accident. They offer loving advice and appointments are always available quickly. 10/10

I wouldn't take my rabbits to any other vet. What I appreciate about Mr. Diegel is his extensive knowledge of rabbits and his direct and honest manner. This means you always know where you stand, and he explains all the different treatment approaches very clearly. The well-being of his little patients is always his top priority, and I feel very well cared for as their owner. We also owe a debt of gratitude to Mrs. Diegel for all the diagnostic work she did for our cats. It's clear that both the owners and the team are truly passionate about what they do. We took our Appenzeller Mountain Dog to Dr. Diegel's emergency clinic last night. Our dog is very wary and fearful of strangers. Dr. Diegel and his assistant were very competent and empathetic.
