Thank you for helping us with our passport for return to the UK at a good price. Only negative, only take EC cards.
Excellent veterinarian. Very friendly practice team! We've been taking our dog here for a long time, and they've always received the best possible care. They take their time and are very compassionate with their little patients. Whether it's a dog or a guinea pig, they always prioritize providing the best possible care for the animal.

Even one star is too much. From Saturday to Sunday, it was clearly stated everywhere that this veterinary practice was on call, and even their answering machine message clearly indicated it! I called their mobile number 20 times, and each time it was switched off! My cat started having trouble breathing around 2 a.m., and her temperature dropped drastically as a result! Since I live in Schwelm, I looked for an emergency vet here, and this practice was on call. My wife immediately took an Uber to the practice hoping someone would be there, but no one was, and she stood outside for two hours with nothing happening. At 6 a.m., my wife drove to the clinic in Haan, where my cat was euthanized because her breathing difficulties had simply progressed too far. They definitely could have helped her more if the practice had done their job and switched on their mobile phone. To this day, I haven't received any notification! I'm seriously considering taking legal action! The veterinary clinic advised me to do so! A photo of the call log is attached! This is just the mobile number; the landline was also called several times.
Highly competent and very precise in his communication with me and my regular vet, who unfortunately doesn't have an ultrasound machine. We got a small miniature dachshund puppy from a breeder. During his initial examination with Dr. Tillwix in Wuppertal, only his left testicle could be felt; the right one hadn't descended into the scrotum. Now he needed to be neutered, but it kept getting postponed because he hadn't yet had an ultrasound. Then, I wanted to visit some people in Linderhausen and by chance found this fantastic practice. We finally got an appointment two weeks later and drove home feeling happy and proud.
