Very nice and carrying doctor. Has been our cat's doctor since we got her and she has been nothing but loving to our pet.Always helpful with advice!

We took our cat to the vet today (December 25th). Although I called at 7:45 a.m. and was panicking, Ms. Ramirez was very kind and asked us to come in. Our cat hadn't defecated for almost 70 hours. The vet the day before had recommended olive oil, which hadn't worked. (To his credit, I should mention that he hadn't actually seen our cat; we were there with our other cat and had only described the problem verbally—at that point, he hadn't defecated for about 36 hours.) Ms. Ramirez took an X-ray of fantastic quality; I've never seen such a high-quality X-ray. State-of-the-art technology. Our cat was completely constipated. She spent almost an hour with us, administering several enemas and constantly reassuring us. After an hour and some initial success, she sent us home with the promise that the rest would come out in a calm environment. And that's exactly what happened. The phone rang several times during the treatment. Ms. Ramirez answered every call, even when she was alone and in a patient's care. She may have come across as stressed to the callers, but I can only say that she takes a lot of time for her patients and is very competent. We are very grateful to her; she helped our Jamy with great expertise and was very friendly to him and to us. Thank you so much!

We had to say goodbye to our dog on May 12th with heavy hearts. During this difficult time, we received incredibly compassionate support. The veterinarian took her time, was incredibly understanding, and made us feel well cared for. We are so grateful for that. Thank you for the dignified and loving care during this difficult moment.

Ms. Ramirez made a very competent impression and was also empathetic in treating our cat. Thank you very much for that.
