Two incredibly kind women, both people and animals. I came to them today as a "new customer" and wasn't turned away. Even though we didn't have an appointment, we were seen after only a short wait. They immediately put both me and my pet at ease; every move was precise and efficient, which was especially important for my cat. They examined and treated my cat thoroughly, and she was already feeling better on the way home. Keep up the great work! We'll definitely be back and recommend them to others.

We've been going to Dr. Pitterling for years, ever since she had her practice in Ilmenau. Even though it's a bit of a drive for us, I wouldn't take my pet to any other vet.
