Tierarztpraxis Vet Vitality

We had our twin cats (a male and a female) neutered here and are absolutely thrilled with the care. Since they were already showing early signs of being in heat, we didn't want to take any risks and wait until they were seven or eight months old. We received excellent, thorough, and expert advice beforehand. The veterinary practice completely put our minds at ease and performed the neutering promptly and without any problems. The team was always available by phone after the procedure, which gave us a great sense of security. Thanks to their fantastic work, the siblings are now happily and safely enjoying their freedom as outdoor cats. The practice also demonstrates a real heart for all animals: When a cockatiel flew into our yard, they readily posted a photo of it in the practice to help find its owner. Many thanks to the entire empathetic team! We will definitely be back.

We took our cat here for treatment and felt very comfortable. The practice is characterized by its calm atmosphere, excellent management, and professionalism. We were able to get an appointment within three hours because our cat wasn't feeling well. We were allowed to wait for the blood test results in the examination room, which eliminated any further stress for the animal. Our cat received excellent care. I highly recommend this practice and will continue to use them for my pets from now on.

Since our usual vet couldn't treat our acutely ill older cat in a timely manner, we were referred to Vet Vitality. It was a blessing to reach a real person on the phone right away, not a machine, who could explain our problem and assess it! As further treatment was necessary, we stayed with Vet Vitality. The professional yet empathetic approach of both Ms. Czyzewski and her two assistants was simply wonderful. They did everything in their power and also gave us an honest assessment of the chances of recovery. Unfortunately, in the end, we had to let our beloved cat go. But even this situation was handled with great sensitivity by the entire practice team. We thank the whole team from the bottom of our hearts and highly recommend Vet Vitality to every pet owner.

Top veterinarian and a fantastic practice team. You can immediately tell they act with compassion, prioritizing the animal's well-being, and the price is right. They have so much passion for their work. My cats feel very comfortable there. There should be more loving and respectful veterinary practices like this, that don't just focus on profit but are truly passionate about the animals. Thank you so much!

A truly exceptional veterinary practice! I don't even know how best to convey my positive experience to you, fellow animal lovers. My dog and I were warmly and lovingly welcomed to this veterinary practice today after a brief phone call (even though the call and arrival were outside of regular hours). I suspected he had gotten a foxtail in his nose while sniffing around. The preparation for the minor procedure was carried out very competently, calmly, and patiently. Everything was explained to me, and I felt well cared for and reassured by their empathy. Upon waking, my dog was showered with cuddles by the vet and the nurses, who even helped him get into the car! What a fantastic team! I've always had furry friends by my side. Therefore, I know many veterinarians and clinics. But what I experienced at this veterinary practice today surpasses all my previous experiences and makes even the less positive ones seem less significant. When my dog woke up, the vet and the nurses showered him with affection, even accompanying him to the car to help him get in! A loving and competent team that I can wholeheartedly recommend. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 Appointments can also be booked online! A top-notch veterinary practice! Thank you from Lucky Luke and his owner!
