Mr. Wensler is a calm and very competent veterinarian; we've been going to him for many years. You can always talk to him openly. We are very satisfied 👍.

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with this practice. The euthanasia of our dog was particularly distressing for us. In an already emotionally difficult situation, we would have appreciated more empathy, support, and clear explanations of the procedure. Many steps were only inadequately explained, leaving us feeling uncertain and alone at times. What shocked us most was that, due to a lack of assistants, we had to help put our deceased dog into a bag ourselves. This was emotionally overwhelming for us at the time and something we hadn't expected from a veterinary practice. In addition, we experienced what we considered to be very long waiting times and an overall lack of organization within the practice. Dr. Wensler may be a good veterinarian from a professional standpoint, but we cannot and do not wish to judge that. However, we did not feel well cared for, either personally or organizationally, especially during such a sensitive situation. If we ever get another dog, we would therefore choose a different veterinary practice.

Many thanks to our veterinarian for the attentive and friendly care. We brought our cat in – the examination was calm and thorough, and everything was explained clearly. A very helpful and trustworthy professional.

I needed a last-minute appointment for my dog ​​because he was in a lot of pain. I was able to come as soon as the practice opened, and we were seen immediately. Very friendly and competent. Dr. Wensler takes the time his patients need; there's no assembly-line approach. Highly recommended. I can only give the price-performance ratio a thumbs up! 👍
