Reviews
Kind, attentive, and very capable. Very trustworthy.
I had one of the worst experiences ever with this veterinary practice. I was charged almost €1,000, even though, in my opinion (and that of another vet), many of the procedures were unnecessary. Numerous tests were performed that seemed completely superfluous and yielded no useful information whatsoever. When I said I didn't need certain procedures, I was talked down to – I felt pressured and patronized. They used a lot of "herbal remedies" that have no effect and are just a way to make money. My dog was terminally ill, and instead of honestly telling me he had no chance of survival, they kept pushing new treatments on me. In the end, I paid almost €1,000 – for herbal remedies, stool samples, and "necessary" procedures that did absolutely nothing. It simply prolonged his death. I repeatedly said I didn't want many of the procedures, but each time I was ignored, the charges were simply added to the bill, and the dog was taken away. Even expensive pet food should be purchased directly through your QR code so the vet can earn another commission. It wasn't about helping my dog, but about selling me something else. On another note, when it came to deworming, I was told that I'd been doing everything wrong for years and that my dogs had no reliable protection. Regular tablets wouldn't work anyway, and only the expensive spot-on treatment applied to the back of the neck was good enough – even though I mentioned that my dog cuddles closely with my cat. My concerns were ignored. Other vets didn't understand this nonsensical statement and reassured me that I hadn't done anything wrong all these years and that my dog was perfectly protected! A week later, I took my sick dog to a different vet. There, he immediately said that the dog unfortunately had no chance and that no matter what was done, nothing would work. He told me that my dog was in severe pain and had to be euthanized immediately. So I had it done. It breaks my heart that my dog probably suffered needlessly for weeks, just so this practice could generate revenue. Today, I still have the unnecessary pills, stool samples, and bills lying around at home—a sad reminder of a treatment that did nothing and only cost money. It's clear to me: This practice didn't help my dog at all, it only prolonged his suffering. I can only warn every pet owner: Think carefully before you go here. My impression is that the animal's well-being isn't their priority; it's profit.
Highly competent veterinarians. My cat needed major dental surgery. I consulted several veterinarians before finding this practice and was not disappointed. I received excellent advice and they took plenty of time for all appointments. I can highly recommend this practice. Thank you so much!
The best veterinary practice I know. Dr. Federl always takes her time and goes above and beyond what's necessary. She even keeps in touch with me during her vacation and looks after my dog. I've been going to this practice for three years; my dog was and still is very ill. I'm simply grateful. They know that the animal isn't just an object, but a matter of the heart. Thank you so much.
