Reviews
Highly competent veterinarians. My cat needed major dental surgery. I consulted several veterinarians before finding this practice and was not disappointed. I received excellent advice and they took plenty of time for all appointments. I can highly recommend this practice. Thank you so much!
The best veterinary practice I know. Dr. Federl always takes her time and goes above and beyond what's necessary. She even keeps in touch with me during her vacation and looks after my dog. I've been going to this practice for three years; my dog was and still is very ill. I'm simply grateful. They know that the animal isn't just an object, but a matter of the heart. Thank you so much.
I had one of the worst experiences ever with this practice. I was asked to pay almost €1,000, even though many of the procedures were unnecessary in my opinion (+ the opinion of another veterinarian). Numerous tests were performed that seemed completely unnecessary and yielded no useful results. When I said I didn't need certain procedures, I was talked down to – I felt pressured and patronized. They worked a lot with "herbal remedies" that had no effect and were just a "money-making scheme." My dog was terminally ill, and instead of honestly telling me that he had no chance, they continually pressured me into new treatments. In the end, I paid almost €1,000 – for herbal remedies, stool tests, and "necessary" procedures that achieved absolutely nothing. It simply delayed death. I repeatedly said I didn't want many of the procedures, but each time I was contradicted and simply charged and packed up. Even expensive food should be purchased directly via your QR code so the vet can earn extra money. It wasn't about helping my dog, but about still selling me something. On a different topic: When it came to deworming, I was told that I'd been doing everything wrong for years and that my dogs weren't properly protected. Regular tablets wouldn't work anyway, and only the expensive spot-on treatment on the neck was good enough – even though I said that my dog snuggles closely with my cat. My concerns were ignored. Other vets didn't understand this senseless statement and reassured me that I hadn't done anything wrong all these years and that my dog was well protected! A week later, I took my sick dog to another vet. They immediately told me that the dog unfortunately had no chance and that no matter what they did, nothing would work. He told me that my dog was in severe pain and needed to be put down immediately. That's what I did. It breaks my heart that my dog probably suffered needlessly for weeks just because they were making money. Today, I still have the unnecessary pills, stool samples, and bills lying around at home – a sad reminder of a treatment that didn't help and only cost money. It's clear to me: This practice didn't help my dog, but only prolonged his suffering. I can only warn every pet owner: Think carefully about whether you go here. My impression is that the animal's welfare isn't the priority here, but rather the profit.
