So, I've been going to this vet with my birds (forest birds and African grey parrots) for over seven years. She always takes her time with them and handles them very carefully. African grey parrots, in particular, hate vets and tend to bite. She understands this, and through good communication with the owner and veterinary assistants, the animals are treated well. She has a heart for animals and has helped me in many emergency situations. Just like with my female African grey parrot, who was in poor conditions. I was again very positively impressed today with how she handled the little lady. At the end, she even gave her a treat for teasing me. Best regards

We took our dog to the emergency vet over the weekend, and what can I say? The vet is simply fantastic. She took so much time to treat our other dog as well and gave us such valuable advice.
