I spoke with Ms. Wergowski on Easter Sunday because she was on call for the emergency veterinary service. She was therefore the only (!) official contact person for emergencies in the area. My dog ​​was acutely very ill, and I told her on the phone that he was probably "at the end of his rope" but urgently needed medical help because he seemed to be suffering. She informed me on the phone that she was "only offering advice" as she didn't currently have any medication on hand. I was advised that I would then probably have to go to the animal hospital in Neubrandenburg or Rostock. My dog ​​likely wouldn't have survived that. Ultimately, we received assistance from another veterinarian who was actually on vacation abroad, but at least she understood our distress and took us seriously. It's incomprehensible to me how someone can sign up for on-call duty if they don't ultimately fulfill it completely. Our dog received initial treatment for his severe pain that same day at the Demmin veterinary clinic (which actually treats horses but was there for us anyway) and was then euthanized. He didn't deserve to suffer unnecessarily for so long.

Great conversation. Things are finally coming together regarding my dog's health issues. She explained everything perfectly. I feel really good after the call. I feel well cared for. I'd gladly do it again. I'm from Duisburg and took advantage of the telephone consultation. It was really great.

We feel very well cared for by Christiane Wergowski with our two Shar Peis. Ms. Wergowski takes her time with patients and owners, listens attentively, and explains everything competently in understandable terms. She doesn't rattle off platitudes, nor does she rush through a routine—she observes the dogs, takes notes on their descriptions, analyzes the problem, discusses it, and explains her diagnosis and further course of action. My friend and I felt misunderstood or rushed through at several other places we took our two dogs. By chance, my friend then came across Ms. Wergowski online, and we visited her with our dogs. After our appointment, we were both pleasantly impressed by her.

We have been taking our dog to Ms. Wergowski for treatment for quite some time now. I am glad to have Ms. Wergowski and her expertise as a veterinarian.
