We came across Ursula by chance and will never go anywhere else. We've been there several times, including for dental work with our French Bulldogs. Today we had to let our dog go, and she was so compassionate and explained everything to us in detail. She assured us that he was no longer in pain and that it was the right decision. I took my severely traumatized and extremely sensitive Birman cat, who had previously tried to bite another vet when I tried to pick him up, to Dr. Schneeberger. He sat calmly and allowed her to examine and treat him without any fuss! I was very impressed by her competent, empathetic, and professional approach! I can highly recommend her, as her calm manner helps even frightened animals regain trust, and I will gladly contact her again for my Chino in the future!
