After a pleasant phone call with the vet, I was very disappointed after the appointment. My dog has been seriously ill since birth and needs strong painkillers. This woman didn't recognize the well-known painkiller, couldn't make a clear diagnosis, raised her voice against me, and behaved completely unprofessionally. I ended the appointment and, filled with a cocktail of anger, sadness, incomprehension, and pity (for my dog!), went to another vet who was able to help immediately. What a shame.

Yes, absolutely 👍 👍 👍 I took my sick husky to see her today at a pre-arranged time... I called yesterday... I can highly recommend Ms. Walter! Cash only! She is very competent and very friendly... WOW 👍

After waiting half an hour in an empty practice, we were barked at without a greeting: "No appointment—then you'll have to wait." A lady who had arrived in the meantime was then taken care of. My daughter and I just looked at each other in horror and agreed that this "doctor" certainly wouldn't treat our cat. It couldn't get any worse.

A truly honest, competent, and friendly vet. She doesn't rip people off and is always very kind and calm with our dogs. We feel very well looked after by her.
