Wundabar🥰♥️
I can only say: Absolutely fantastic! I took my cat there, who had quite a few problems because he's getting on in years. The vet and her entire team are incredible. Thank you so much, I won't go anywhere else. And even though it's a bit more expensive, they have an on-site lab and the care is superb.
Good afternoon, I want to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful care my dog (Balou) received. From the receptionist to the veterinarian – a huge compliment to everyone. Thank you so much; I'm so grateful that such people still exist. They helped me and my dog with so much love, with great professionalism, and with such kindness. Best regards, Silvia Eidler.
Unfortunately, our visit to this practice was very disappointing. The premises are extremely cramped; the examination room, in particular, is so small that you can barely move around. As soon as the vet, an assistant, and you and your pet are in the room, it feels oppressively cramped, which causes additional stress for the animal. There is hardly any space to properly set down a carrier (we placed it on a metal grid that was sitting on a dirty metal tray). In addition, the hygiene was poor: the floor was visibly dirty, and there was pet hair everywhere, which is absolutely unacceptable in an examination room. The constant staff turnover was also a negative point and suggests unstable management. To top it all off, the experience was exorbitantly priced. A standard treatment cost a sum that was completely disproportionate to the service provided or the condition of the practice. Here, financial gain clearly takes precedence over the animal's well-being. You might as well go to an animal hospital. We will be looking for a practice where hygiene, space, and consistency are priorities.
