I met the new veterinarian in Bad Bramstedt who has taken over the practice. The treatment options are on par with a veterinary clinic, including X-rays, on-site blood tests within 20 minutes, ultrasound, and laser therapy. From now on, I will only go here. I brought my cat here for the first time today. The team is incredibly friendly, and the vet, Dr. Mendendez, is very empathetic and calm, which is contagious for both the animal and its owner. We visited a few weeks ago with our dwarf hamster and felt completely at ease! Although they stated that dwarf hamsters are very rarely seen as patients, they took on our emergency case (an open fracture of the hind leg) on ​​the same day we contacted them and performed the surgery quickly and without any problems. Both Dr. Menendez and his assistant were incredibly empathetic and took excellent care of our little guy. They were also always available to answer our questions and address our concerns during the follow-up care. It's particularly worth mentioning that the practice owner, Mr. Niederhofer, is almost always reachable by phone or WhatsApp; this made us feel optimally supported throughout the entire process. All in all, an excellent experience, and we will definitely bring our cat here as well when needed!
