I am incredibly grateful for the sensitive approach taken during the diagnostic process and the options presented to us, taking our situation into account. Our German Shepherd, Lux, is a patient at the Mönchengladbach Animal Health Center. He and we are always treated with empathy, love, and great expertise. For us, this is the best and only veterinarian. We've been taking our dog Candy there for regular appointments for about four years, caring for her eyes and heart. We've always felt very comfortable and understood by Dr. Bildheim and Ms. Nottbrock. Since our dog unfortunately had some health problems, we also had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Lichtrauter, Ms. Wicht, Ms. Gerlatzek, and almost all of the veterinary assistants. Even in emergencies, appointments were always available, despite the practice being fully booked. We can honestly say that we always felt that Candy, and we ourselves, were in excellent hands. We were cared for with love, understanding, and compassion from beginning to end. We hope to return sometime next year; we've always been happy to be there. Thank you again! We feel completely at ease and in excellent hands at this practice. From our very first visit, we received such a warm welcome that we immediately felt truly welcome, both human and animal. Unfortunately, our Paula has a lengthy medical history, and despite this (or perhaps precisely because of it), they always take so much time, explain everything clearly, and treat her with care. You can feel the passion, patience, and expertise that this practice puts into its work every time. Paula visibly feels comfortable and relaxed, which is the most wonderful sign for us.
