A bit expensive but nice doctors and food opening times

The best tier klinik. I came here for a second opinion and received excellent care for my dog Nala. We saw Dr Mona Glaser Eye Specialist who was amazing, only wanting the best and was very thorough and explained everything very well. My dog owes Dr Glaser her life ❤️ thank you to your whole clinic for the fantastic staff and care. xx

I am deeply disappointed with the animal health center and unfortunately cannot recommend this practice. My cat was demonstrably given the wrong medication, which I witnessed myself. Instead of admitting the mistake or working together to find a solution, I was accused of making false accusations. I consider this behavior completely unprofessional. Due to the incorrect treatment, my cat suffered significant side effects, including frequent urination and a bladder infection, which caused additional problems and costs. The way my complaint was handled was particularly disappointing. A functioning complaints management system seems to be nonexistent. On the contrary, when problems arose, the staff suddenly became unfriendly, and I was ultimately even asked to leave the practice. Furthermore, despite my request, I was not given access to the medical records, and further treatment was refused. I felt neither taken seriously nor well cared for there. Not recommended.

After a long search, I finally found a fantastic clinic and a great place to go for my two cats. One of my cats, Lucy (a former stray), was suffering from a rather severe and complex case of FORL (Feline Odontoclastic Resorptive Lesions), and the disease was already quite advanced, which ultimately meant that all her teeth had to be removed. Throughout the entire process, from the initial consultation to the surgery and aftercare, my cat and I were exceptionally well cared for by Dr. B. Wicht, a true expert in the field of dentistry. The initial examination was excellent, and then the entire surgical procedure was explained and illustrated step by step (the costs I would incur were also explained clearly, transparently, and understandably in relation to the individual phases and steps of the surgery and aftercare). Everything was handled very honestly and transparently, and I even received direct telephone updates from the doctor herself during and immediately after the surgery, which I really appreciated! From the very beginning, I felt very comfortable and well cared for at this practice, which was especially important to me for my pet. The surgery went smoothly, and the aftercare was also problem-free, so my cat is now bright-eyed and bushy-tailed and can finally live pain-free without teeth. Dr. B. Wicht did a fantastic job! The rest of the practice team is also highly recommended; they are always friendly with both people and animals, and they handle the animals calmly and sensitively, even during examinations—no comparison to some other practices. I can wholeheartedly recommend the Mönchengladbach Animal Health Center!

For us, this is the best and only veterinarian. We've been taking our dog Candy there for regular appointments for about four years, caring for her eyes and heart. We've always felt very comfortable and understood by Dr. Bildheim and Ms. Nottbrock. Since our dog unfortunately had some health problems, we also had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Lichtrauter, Ms. Wicht, Ms. Gerlatzek, and almost all of the veterinary assistants. Even in emergencies, appointments were always available, despite the practice being fully booked. We can honestly say that we always felt that Candy, and we ourselves, were in excellent hands. We were cared for with love, understanding, and compassion from beginning to end. We hope to return sometime next year; we've always been happy to be there. Thank you again!
