Reviews
Very friendly staff. Everybody speaks English, so it's easy to communicate. They took really good care of my cat, before and after surgery. It's obvious they are very good professionals, but also very emphatic, treating animals with the heart as well. I highly recommend this clinic, but I hope your pet will not need to pay a visit :)
Our dog which was only 2.5 years old and died a few hours later in this clinic! The reception of the assisting staff was warm and welcoming. Only a week later and only after a few phone calls, i finally got the medical report and X-rays! There was no previous feedback from the vet what has been the cause of death. What really shocked me is that the X-rays show an acute abdomen, which according to a third party vet, should require immediate surgery. Why does the medical report does not mention a word of this abdomen? Is there any surgeon staff available during night time or do animals have to wait with basic medication till the morning ( if they survive?). If no surgery is available during night time, this should be clearly communicated to the pet owners. I feel i made a huge mistake with this clinic.
After 2 years of going there for consultation and emergencies I have to say I absolutely love this clinic. They have taken care of both my cats so well. Today we went for an emergency again, and my cat was given great treatment, we are at home now and he is feeling well. I completely recommend it!!
Unprofessional, expensive and incompetent. Not only was I forced to pay twice for the same procedure, caused by prematurely removing the threads, what angered me the most is the lack of care for the pain they caused my pet. Absolute no go. You are better off in the next town, if you really care about your pet.
As a foreigner I was treated with disrespect as if I'm not going to pay, because I didn't have German ID. They demanded cash. I guess they think I'll run away to my country, even though my car is parked outside with city's registration visible through the window and evidence I've been living in the city for years... God forbid you have a sick doggy and don't have a German ID - in that case Cash only. So disrespectful and downright discrimination. Find another clinic, you'll be treated better.
