Our first visit was prompted by a minor emergency with our dog. We called in the morning and received an appointment that same afternoon. We hadn't expected that and were pleasantly surprised. Contact, appointment reminders, and invoices were all sent via email – very convenient. The appointment was pleasant, and the vet provided a sensitive and accurate diagnosis for our pet. We will gladly return if needed.

I cannot recommend this veterinary practice to any new client. The organization is terrible. After waiting for over an hour despite having an appointment, other clients were directed past us. When I pointed this out, they said it was very busy and they could give me another appointment for the vaccination.

We've been coming to the practice for a long time, and we're currently with our second dog. The staff and doctors are always friendly, not just to the animals. So far, I've been satisfied with all the treatments and the fair prices.
