Very understanding, and helpful..
Friendly and professional staff. They were the emergency vet open on a Sunday. I did my best at speaking German, and staff tried to help with trying their English. My dog Poppy received excellent care. I would definitely use this vets practice again.
Excellent medical team, friendly staff, always ready to do the best for your pet. Thorough and professional towards our four-legged pets, patient and polite towards their owners. Huge thanks to the entire team to whom I entrusted the health of the cat Milly (14 years old), and "nobody's kitten" Lucy (about 1 year old)
They literally saved our dog's life. The treatment was labor-intensive to avoid surgery. Everyone was very understanding and always helpful and friendly. Our dog is doing well now, thanks to their good care. Thank you!
