A huge thank you to Mr. Niepott and Ms. Kerling! My dog ​​is being treated there; he first had pancreatitis and now, unfortunately, a (hopefully benign) splenic tumor. Mr. Niepott and Ms. Kerling have been an enormous help to me over the past few weeks, both with the naturopathic support for my dog ​​and with my own mental well-being. They are always ready to listen and are available anytime for questions – simply wonderful! I am so grateful!

I can wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Kerling. I was extremely satisfied with his care. When my cat suffered from conjunctivitis, he helped quickly, competently, calmly, and with great empathy. What impressed me most, however, was his honesty and sense of responsibility: When my cat suddenly developed severe fluid retention and I wanted to schedule an appointment, he immediately looked at the photos and videos I had sent him via WhatsApp. Based on his suspicion of a heart problem, he promptly referred my cat to my veterinarian as a medical emergency. Unfortunately, his suspicion was confirmed: A serious heart problem, tumors, and pancreatitis were diagnosed. I am very grateful to him for assessing the situation so quickly and accurately. Even after the diagnosis, he continued to support me free of charge via WhatsApp with advice and, above all, emotional support. This empathetic support helped me immensely during a very difficult time.
