It was our first time there. Dr. Noll was very friendly. We had a short wait. The waiting room was empty except for us. Good time management. The consultation was very informative. The necessary measures were discussed and carried out. Thank you very much for the kind care.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this vet! Although she heard that my cat's heart wasn't beating properly, she didn't recommend any further cardiac examination. Instead, she was ready to operate. Furthermore, every single examination, no matter how minor, is charged extra, which I believe is at least partially unreasonable.
I don't usually write reviews, but I simply have to commend Dr. Noll and her team. My dog Rocky and I have been coming to the practice for two years now, and I've always received very patient and thorough treatment. You're always greeted upon entering the practice, and there are hardly any waiting times. And if there are, I gladly accept them, knowing that other clients like myself are receiving the most careful consultations and examinations. No unnecessary charges are applied, prescribed medications or examinations are explained upon request, and the practice team prioritizes the well-being of both animal and owner. So far, this is the best practice we've been to 🫶
We are truly more than satisfied with the practice and the team! Here, competence meets genuine love for animals. We have three outdoor cats and therefore frequently need them for all sorts of ailments, from vaccinations to injuries. No matter when we come to the practice, they always take their time, the animals are allowed to move around freely, the atmosphere is generally calm and pleasant, and above all, we are treated as individuals. A truly wonderful practice!
