The best vet experience I have ever had. Before I even arrived I called about my cat. The staff who picked up was friendly, helpful, and genuine in their concern for the animal. When I got there in person, they took my concerns seriously, looked at my cat, and got him back into an exam room before I could even fill out the intake form and wait in line. The vet techs and vet herself were some of the kindest, most compassionate people I've met in this city. They truly have a heart for the pets and their owners.

Best place in Berlin to bring your pets. My dog received a treatment like never before although we had been exploring different clinics in the whole city in the past. This is the only place where I can say we felt comfortable both with the attention they gave us and their fair pricing. The staff is incredibly friendly and understanding, it’s possible to speak English and understand each other comfortably. I will always come back to Valera!

Kind, professional, and thorough! We came to them as an emergency referral for our 4 year old dog who had to stay multiple nights in intensive care and the staff from start to finish were incredible. Your pet will be in safe hands here, thank you again to the entire team at Valera

Good hospital, staff is nice and friendly. They did good job with our pet. I would recommend hospital.

We had a great "experience" with our cat , we made an operation ( Miró had bilateral fermur necrose) and everthing went well, everybody was very professional and kind . I strongly recomend them. TOP. My cat still recovering and he is in pain , but he will be fine, thank you to the all team special to the Vet Dr Marlene Scharpf.
