Unfortunately, Ms. Krautwurst's competence and empathy were not what we expect from a good veterinarian. Luckily, I sought a second opinion, which Ms. Krautwurst unfortunately dismissed as "pointless and illogical." If I had listened to her, I could have had my horse euthanized soon after. A truly horse-friendly veterinarian. We've had her treat my horse Joe twice now, and not only I, but my horse too, was absolutely thrilled. The first time, we had an emergency at 9:10 pm with an open leg wound. Ms. K. arrived immediately without hesitation, was relaxed, and took her time. The wound healed beautifully, and Ms. K. even checked on him days later to see how he was doing. We've now switched to her completely and are very happy with our decision. Professionally, she's simply outstanding because I see immediate improvements in my horse. Unfortunately, I've had different experiences where I paid a fortune and saw no improvement.
