At 11:00 PM, I called Lena in a panic, and she told me to bring the cat in immediately. She reacted quickly, triggered a gag reflex, and saved my beloved cat's life. Lena, I am so grateful for your work, your professionalism, and your kindness. I am happy and thankful to have met you. 🙏

Sadly, we had to have our beloved pet put to sleep. Thanks to Elena, he was able to pass away peacefully in his familiar surroundings. A very compassionate veterinarian and her assistant.
