We switched our cat Emily (Emmi) from another veterinarian to this practice in March and found ourselves in very good and loving hands with Dr. Schnack. Unfortunately, she didn't have good news for us, but she cared for Emmi and us with great empathy until the very end. I can wholeheartedly recommend her and the wonderful team.

We received comprehensive information and were kept informed before and after the procedure. The practice operates as paperlessly as possible, using the "petsXL" app. It's intuitive and easy to use. We highly recommend this practice and would gladly return for any further examinations if needed.

I brought my Leonberger puppy to the veterinary practice because his right eyelid was thickened, swollen, and swollen. Our appointment, which we had arranged at short notice, was kept promptly. The ophthalmologist, Dr. Poller, seemed very competent, was very friendly, and took plenty of time with us. We scheduled a surgery appointment. I received excellent information and afterwards detailed instructions, both verbally and in writing, for further care at home. I felt very confident about my dog ​​and that he was in the best possible hands. The surgery went smoothly without any complications. I would also like to give special mention to the wonderful veterinary assistant who was incredibly friendly, humorous, and honest while we waited. Unfortunately, I've forgotten her name, and I couldn't find her on the website. It's a shame, as she really deserves a mention. I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice!

We arrived in the evening as an emergency with our cat. The practice was quite busy. We had made an appointment by phone. Both on the phone and in person, we were treated very kindly and attentively. The staff exuded a calm and professional composure. They took their time with each patient. Their interaction with our pet and with us, the anxious pet owners, was loving, mindful, and appeared highly competent. Everything was examined and treated with professional calm. Every question was listened to attentively and explained clearly, despite the late hour. Thank you so much!
